- This Terms and Conditions agreement governs the use of the digital music distribution services provided by Partum Arts Music (“Partum Arts Music,” “we,” or “us”).
- By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
- Users must be either an artist, artist’s manager, record label, or authorized music publisher (promoter) to create an account.
- Account creation is free of charge, and users must use a valid email address to register.
- Users must be of legal age to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction to create an account.
Services Provided:
- Partum Arts Music offers digital music distribution services.
- Users can upload and distribute their music through the platform.
- Payment for services is on a pay-per-release basis.
User Accounts:
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.
- Any activity that occurs under the user’s account is their responsibility.
- Users must promptly notify Partum Arts Music of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
Privacy Policy
Partum Arts Music collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Payment:
- Users agree to pay the applicable fees for the digital music distribution service.
- Payment is made on a per-release basis.
- Partum Arts Music reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms at any time.
Content Guidelines:
- Users must adhere to all copyright laws and regulations.
- Uploaded content must not violate any third-party rights (images, samples, beats, or sounds).
- Partum Arts Music reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
Intellectual Property Rights
Users retain full ownership rights to their content uploaded to the platform. Partum Arts Music does not claim ownership of any content submitted by users.
Termination:
- Partum Arts Music reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts as deemed necessary.
- Users may terminate their accounts by contacting Partum Arts Music support.
Limitation of Liability:
- Partum Arts Music is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by users.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partum Arts Music from any claims arising out of their use of the platform.
Revenue Distribution:
Partum Arts Music distributes all generated revenue to users after deducting any applicable transferring fees.
Promotional Support:
In addition to digital music distribution, Partum Arts Music may provide promotional support to users as part of our services.
Changes to Terms:
Partum Arts Music reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform or via email.
Agreement Acceptance:
By creating an account and using the Partum Arts Music platform, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Zambia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zambia.
