Samples, beats, remixes, and collaborations
If your release includes a sample, beat, loop, remix, interpolation, cover version, collaboration, producer contribution, featured artist, or third-party material, you must make sure the required permissions are in place before submitting the release.
Buying, downloading, leasing, or receiving a beat does not always mean you have all rights needed for commercial distribution. Partum Arts Music may request evidence of rights before review, approval, processing, distribution, promotion, or payout.

Where content is subject to a copyright complaint, ownership dispute, fraud concern, metadata conflict, platform claim, or rights investigation, Partum Arts Music may delay, suspend, adjust, or withhold related royalty processing or payout activity until the matter is reviewed.
Royalties are reported and processed when reports are received and reviewed. Reported royalties may differ from withdrawable balances until collection, reconciliation, deductions, payment preparation, and rights checks are complete.

Marketing, portfolio, and showcase use
By submitting a release, ordering a service, approving a final file, or using Partum Arts Music, you allow Partum Arts Music to use relevant submitted, distributed, purchased, or delivered materials for marketing, portfolio, showcase, website, social media, presentation, case study, promotional, and business communication purposes where applicable.
