Royalty information is not instant. Reported royalties may differ from withdrawable balances until collection, processing, and payout preparation are complete.

Royalties appear after reports are received and matched to your release or track information.

Collection in progress
Reported amounts may still be awaiting settlement, conversion, or payout preparation before withdrawal.

Withdrawable
Eligible balances become available for withdrawal after the required processing is complete.

Completed payouts are recorded in your payout history after payment has been made.
Payout setup
Built with artist payout security in mind.
Payout details and withdrawal requests are handled through the Partum Artist Portal. Artists should never share their password or payout PIN through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, or social media messages.

Minimum withdrawal amount: K100.

Withdrawal requests require a 5-digit payout PIN.

The payout PIN is separate from the login password.
