Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Partum Arts Music handles release payments, artist service payments, payment proof, payment correction requests, duplicate payments, overpayments, and related payment issues.
01.Scope of this policy

Scope of this policy
This Refund Policy applies to payments made for Partum Arts Music release submissions, music distribution preparation, artist services, service orders, payment proof submissions, online checkout payments, mobile money payments, bank transfer payments, and related payment workflows.
This policy should be read together with the Terms of Use and the Distribution Agreement. If another signed written agreement between you and Partum Arts Music specifically addresses refunds or payment correction terms for a particular service, that written agreement may apply to that matter.
02.Payment methods covered

Payment methods covered
Partum Arts Music may accept payments through the payment options made available on the website, artist portal, or official support channels. Payment options may include online checkout, mobile money, bank transfer, and manual payment proof where available.
You are responsible for paying the correct amount, using the correct payment reference where required, submitting accurate payment proof, and confirming that your payment relates to the correct release, service order, artist account, or support request.
03.General non-refundable payment rule
OpenClose
General non-refundable payment rule
Payments for releases and artist services are generally non-refundable once submitted. Fees cover administrative handling, release preparation, review, processing, service allocation, communication, file checks, metadata checks, platform submission preparation, and other operational work connected to the release or service order.
By making payment, you confirm that you are ready to proceed and that you understand the payment may not be refunded simply because you change your mind, delay your materials, submit incomplete information, fail to respond to correction requests, or decide not to continue.
04.Release payments
OpenClose
Release payments
Release payments cover work related to preparing, reviewing, handling, and processing your submitted single, EP, album, or other release type through Partum Arts Music and approved distribution workflows where applicable.
A release payment is not a guarantee that your release will be accepted by every digital music platform, appear on every platform, remain available on every platform, go live by a specific date, generate streams, generate income, or receive playlist placement.
If your release cannot proceed because of incorrect information, incomplete files, missing rights, uncleared samples, copied artwork, misleading metadata, policy issues, platform requirements, or failure to respond to correction requests, your release payment may remain non-refundable.
05.Artist service payments
OpenClose
Artist service payments
Artist service payments cover the planning, allocation, communication, review, production, design, editing, promotion preparation, delivery, and related operational work connected to your selected service order.
Service payments are generally non-refundable once submitted, even if you later change your mind, delay providing references or materials, fail to provide required information, reject work for reasons outside the agreed service scope, or decide not to use the final deliverables.
Promotional services do not guarantee streams, views, followers, engagement, playlist placement, sales, viral performance, or any fixed public result. Fees cover the service work and campaign preparation or execution, not guaranteed performance outcomes.
06.Limited payment correction cases
OpenClose
Limited payment correction cases
Partum Arts Music may review limited payment correction cases where there is a verified duplicate payment, verified overpayment, payment sent to the wrong official account, incorrect payment allocation, or an internal inability by Partum Arts Music to provide the paid service.
A payment correction review does not automatically mean a cash refund will be issued. Depending on the situation, Partum Arts Music may choose an appropriate correction, credit, reallocation, alternative remedy, or refund where required or commercially appropriate.
07.Cases not eligible for refund
OpenClose
Cases not eligible for refund
Refunds are generally not available where you change your mind, cancel after payment, delay submission materials, provide incorrect or incomplete information, fail to respond to support or correction requests, submit files that do not meet requirements, or request a different service after work has started.
Refunds are also generally not available where a release or service cannot proceed because of rights issues, uncleared samples, copied or unauthorized artwork, misleading metadata, impersonation, duplicate content, platform restrictions, partner requirements, takedown issues, account issues, or other non-compliant material.
Delays caused by artist response times, missing files, payment verification, corrections, public holidays, platform review, third-party systems, technical issues, or partner and platform requirements are not automatic grounds for a refund.
08.How payment reviews work

How payment reviews work
To request a payment review, contact Partum Arts Music support using an official support channel and provide your account email address, release or service order details, payment amount, payment date, payment method, transaction reference where available, and proof of payment.
Partum Arts Music may request additional information before reviewing a payment issue. Failure to provide complete information may delay or prevent review of the request.
Payment review timelines may depend on payment provider processing, bank processing, mobile money processing, internal verification, support workload, and the quality of information provided by you.
09.Credits, corrections, and alternative remedies
OpenClose
Credits, corrections, and alternative remedies
Where Partum Arts Music approves a payment correction, the correction may be handled as a refund, service credit, payment reallocation, correction of payment status, adjustment to a release or service order, or another reasonable remedy depending on the case.
Any correction, credit, alternative remedy, or refund is subject to verification, internal approval, payment provider limits, applicable requirements, and Partum Arts Music's discretion where permitted.
10.Chargebacks and payment disputes
OpenClose
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you raise a payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or complaint through a payment provider, bank, mobile money provider, or other financial channel, Partum Arts Music may pause the related release, service order, account action, delivery, or payout review while the dispute is being investigated.
False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith payment disputes may result in account restrictions, service refusal, release pause, cancellation of pending work, or other action available to Partum Arts Music.
11.Policy updates

Policy updates
