Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access the Partum Arts Music website, create or use a Partum Artist Portal account, submit releases, order artist services, make payments, view royalties, request payouts, or contact support.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use apply to all users who access or use the Partum Arts Music website, public pages, Partum Artist Portal, public release pages, support channels, music distribution services, artist services, payment flows, royalty tools, payout features, and related services.

If you create an account, submit a release, order a service, upload files, make a payment, send payment proof, request support, or continue using Partum Arts Music after these terms are published, you accept these terms.

Some services may also be subject to additional policies, forms, notices, agreements, or partner and platform requirements. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and a more specific written agreement signed by Partum Arts Music and you, the specific written agreement may apply to that matter.

About Partum Arts Music

Partum Arts Music is a Zambia-based record label, music distribution, and artist services platform supporting independent artists, labels, and music creators through release submission, artist services, release progress tracking, public release links, royalty visibility, payout support, and artist support workflows.

Partum Arts Music may provide services directly and may also use approved distribution partners, digital music platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, storage providers, communication tools, and other service providers where applicable.

References to Partum Arts Music, Partum, we, us, or our mean the Partum Arts Music platform, brand, team, website, artist portal, and related services where the context applies.

Accounts and artist profile information

You may be required to create an artist account and complete your artist profile before using certain features, including release submission, payment proof upload, artist services, royalty viewing, payout setup, withdrawal requests, or support workflows.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, current, and lawful information. This may include your artist name, legal or account details, contact information, WhatsApp number, payout information, release metadata, service order details, uploaded files, and support information.

Partum Arts Music may request corrections, pause processing, restrict access, or refuse to continue a workflow if account information is incomplete, incorrect, misleading, unverifiable, or not compliant with our requirements.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must use Partum Arts Music only for lawful music, creative, business, and artist-related purposes. You must not use the website, artist portal, payment flows, upload tools, support channels, or public release pages for fraud, impersonation, infringement, harassment, abuse, spam, misleading claims, or any unlawful activity.

You must not attempt to bypass account rules, submit false information, manipulate payment proof, interfere with platform security, access another user's account, scrape private information, upload harmful files, or misuse any Partum Arts Music system.

We may restrict, suspend, reject, remove, or refuse access to any service, account, release, service order, support request, payment review, royalty feature, or payout feature if we reasonably believe these terms or applicable requirements have been violated.

05.

Release and service submissions

When you submit a release, you are responsible for providing correct release details, artist names, titles, cover artwork, audio files, lyrics where provided, explicit content disclosure, contributor information, existing UPC information where available, and any other requested release information.

When you order an artist service, you are responsible for providing clear instructions, references, links, assets, payment information, and any other details required for the service to be reviewed, prepared, produced, delivered, or completed.

Delays in submitting complete information, responding to correction requests, providing final assets, confirming details, or supplying required materials may delay release processing, service delivery, public release links, promotional artwork, payout preparation, or support resolution.

06.

Rights, ownership, and permissions

You remain responsible for ensuring that you own, control, or have properly licensed all rights needed for any music, sound recording, composition, lyrics, artwork, visual material, name, image, logo, brand, metadata, sample, beat, feature, remix, or other material you submit to Partum Arts Music.

By submitting materials to Partum Arts Music, you confirm that you have the authority to allow Partum Arts Music to review, process, store, display, submit, manage, update, correct, promote, deliver, or request takedown of those materials where required for the relevant service.

You keep ownership of your underlying music and creative rights unless a separate written record label, publishing, production, management, licensing, or other agreement signed by Partum Arts Music says otherwise.

07.

Review, corrections, and refusal

Partum Arts Music may review releases, artist service orders, files, payment details, proof of payment, metadata, payout information, support messages, and other submitted information before processing, approval, delivery, publication, or payout action.

We may approve a request, request corrections, place a request under further review, pause processing, reject a request, restrict a feature, remove public materials, suspend access, or request additional information where needed.

Partum Arts Music does not guarantee that every release will be approved, accepted by platforms, delivered by a specific date, remain available on every platform, appear on every platform, receive public release links by a specific time, or be eligible for every service feature.

08.

Payments and non-refundable fees

Release fees, artist service fees, and related payments must be paid using payment options made available by Partum Arts Music. Payment options may include online checkout, mobile money, bank transfer, and manual payment proof where available.

Payments for releases and artist services are generally non-refundable once submitted. Fees cover administrative handling, release preparation, review, processing, service allocation, communication, platform submission preparation, file handling, and related operational work.

No refund is provided where you change your mind, delay materials, submit incorrect information, fail to respond to correction requests, request cancellation after payment, submit content that cannot proceed because of rights issues, or where a release or service cannot proceed because of non-compliant, incomplete, misleading, or infringing material.

Partum Arts Music may review limited payment correction cases, such as verified duplicate payment, verified overpayment, payment sent to the wrong account, or an internal inability by Partum Arts Music to provide the paid service. Any correction, credit, alternative remedy, or refund in such cases is handled at Partum Arts Music's discretion and subject to applicable requirements.

09.

Marketing, portfolio, and showcase use

By submitting release materials, ordering artist services, approving final deliverables, making a purchase, or using Partum Arts Music services, you grant Partum Arts Music permission to use relevant submitted, distributed, or purchased materials for marketing, portfolio, showcase, case study, social media, website, proposal, presentation, and other business or promotional purposes where applicable.

This permission may include use of your artist name, stage name, release title, cover artwork, public release links, public platform links, approved service deliverables, promotional designs, snippets, previews, screenshots, and related materials connected to the release or service order.

This clause does not transfer ownership of your underlying music or creative rights to Partum Arts Music unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If specific material must remain private or embargoed, you must inform Partum Arts Music in writing before submission, publication, approval, or delivery.

10.

Royalties, reports, and payouts

Where royalties apply, royalty information is made available when reports are received, processed, matched, and prepared for artist viewing or payout. Reported royalties may not be immediately withdrawable.

Artist-facing royalty stages may include reported royalties, collection in progress, withdrawable balances, withdrawal requests, and paid payout history. Withdrawable amounts may depend on collection, reconciliation, exchange rates, payment charges, taxes, deductions, minimum withdrawal rules, payout method, and other applicable adjustments.

Partum Arts Music does not guarantee income, streams, sales, payout dates, reporting dates, exchange rates, or platform reporting timelines. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and keeping your payout security information private.

11.

Support and communication

Partum Arts Music may provide support through the artist portal, email, WhatsApp, phone, or other approved support channels where available. Support is intended to help with release questions, payment issues, artist services, account matters, royalties, payouts, and general inquiries.

For account-specific support, you may be asked to provide the email address connected to your Partum Artist Portal account, release title, payment reference, service order information, or other details needed to understand your request.

You must communicate respectfully and must not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, mislead, spam, or misuse support channels. Partum Arts Music may restrict communication or access where support channels are abused.

12.

Security and account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details, account access, contact information, payout information, and payout security information safe. You must not share your password or payout PIN with anyone.

Partum Arts Music will not ask you to share your password or payout PIN through WhatsApp, phone, email, social media, or support messages. If someone asks for this information, you should treat it as suspicious and contact support through official channels.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorized access and cooperate with any security review.

13.

No guarantees and limitation of liability

Partum Arts Music works to provide professional music distribution, artist services, account workflows, support, reporting, and payout tools, but we do not guarantee streams, sales, playlist placement, viral performance, platform approval, exact release dates, uninterrupted platform availability, exact reporting dates, or guaranteed income.

Third-party systems, distribution partners, digital music platforms, payment providers, communication providers, internet providers, hosting providers, and other service providers may affect processing, delivery, availability, reporting, payments, takedowns, or support timelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Partum Arts Music is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, platform delays, partner delays, rejection by third-party platforms, inaccurate information provided by you, rights disputes, unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect credentials, or issues outside Partum Arts Music's direct control.

14.

Changes to services and terms

Partum Arts Music may update, improve, suspend, replace, remove, or modify website features, artist portal features, release workflows, service offerings, prices, payment options, legal pages, support channels, reporting workflows, and other platform features where needed.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable effective date and last updated date.

Continued use of Partum Arts Music after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
